Michael has over 25 years of relevant experience in construction, design, and development. His experience includes leading construction crews on affordable housing building sites; providing real estate, acquisition and predevelopment services for community housing groups; leading the local affordable housing land trust; and managing a 200-member affordable housing cooperative. Michael has led housing and development efforts in markets across the state, and his experience includes on-site construction; affordable multi-family development using tools and outside of tax credits; acquisition and real estate; entitlements and municipal negotiations; and coordination of complex project teams that involve municipal leadership and stakeholders, general contractors, lenders and investors, architects and engineers, and property management.
